Ramaa Sharma and Stephane Mayoux look at Diversity and Inclusion from two different perspectives. Ramaa is British Asian, Stephane is White European. Their collaborative workshops are about three things. Setting the ground for open, safe and challenging conversations about race and difference. Developing individual curiosity about the experiences of racial difference. Opening opportunities for actions and programmes that will create organisations of “Belonging”, where all staff and leaders have their voices clearly heard, their influences fully acknowledged and their performances fairly rewarded. Their ambition is to create spaces where we can all live and work while being fully ourselves.
