Annual contracts
Just as people maintain their vehicles on a regular basis, so it is important for many to have a personal leadership maintenance contract.
Fields of Learning provide a service over a year that includes
4 coaching sessions a year, plus telephone and email support at all other times. Depending on the requirements of the individual an annual fee is negotiated. This can be paid in 3 ways:
- An annual lump sum. (some clients are negotiating 50% cost share with their employers).
- In quarterly payments paid on invoice with 14 days.
- Monthly installments by the 28 th of each month.
