International Fields of Learning

International Fields of Learning is a branch of the company that works with organisations and individuals in Australia.

We offer tailored courses in companies to meet specific needs and in particular to help people think from a different perspective how to overcome issues that may currently be holding back performance.

Many companies who have both an Australian and UK operation are working with International Fields of Learning to ensure that you get congruent advice and support at both ends of their operation. This has hugely reduced the “mixed message” syndrome that exists for many companies struggling to merge different cultural approaches.

Executive Coaching is offered by Director Catherine Doherty with sessions being available every 3 months to coincide with Catherine being in Australia. Coaching development plans are agreed and remote support is always available.

This approach to coaching is empowering and the individual takes responsibility for their own development and meeting the challenges set for the 3 month period.

Leadership seminars based on Catherine’s book Be your Best and Beyond – Leader are available to be run in company or to peer support groups and professional bodies seeking to extend their understand of the mysteries of effective Leadership. The Shackleton Leadership Day Program has been particularly well received.
