Supervision Of Coaches
We are delighted to announce some new initiatives that support coaches by providing high quality supervision. Together with Peter Blackeby and Jill Savage we have established the Reflective Advantage Group whose aim is “to promote high quality supervision to develop high quality coaches”
There are three offerings from which you can choose the option best for you.
How to Get the Best Out Of Supervision. Three half-day workshops to get you on the right track to get the best out of supervision. Working with the Reflective Advantage group of supervisors to ensure the investment you make in supervision gives you the best possible future development. 12 hours CPD
Creative Supervision Group. Bringing together a group of 6 to 8 coaches to explore their coaching practice in group supervision using creative and generative approaches. Six Days per year. Each to include learning a new coaching approach; receiving/observing supervision; and participating in group supervision. 42 Hours CPD
Coaching Supervision. Agreeing a supervision programme that meets your needs and you matched to your development as coach. There are options for working face-to-face or by Skype or telephone. Supervisees are welcome from any country in the world. Supervision sessions are conducted in English. Sessions can be 1 or 2 hours in duration.
For those of you who have not yet completed our Coaching Mastery Programme then you may wish to roll in our autumn intake. This is a 12 day intensive coaching development program that explores the four strands of you as a coach; coaching techniques; your personal and professional development; and your business case to become a coach either as a career or as an internal coach to the organisation.
