A Bridge to a Coaching Career

If you are already in the helping professions and have experience of one to one work then this transition course will both introduce you to coaching techniques and help you decide if you want to study further to be a Coach. The course will help you develop your role in your current organisation and give you a taste of Coaching as a career. You can become a Coach.

2 days of supportive learning that values your current experience, with Course Directors who will help you explore what Coaching is all about and give you coaching models that are immediately applicable in your work and life.  The course will weave together theoretical learning, experiential sessions, creative methodology, discussion and practice.

Having completed the course you may transfer either to the Leadership and Life with Integrity (NLP Practitioner level course) or straight to the Coaching Mastery programme.  We will support you make the right course selection for you.
